Organisational Structure
Section 8 Company governed by Board of Directors, General Body, and State/UT representatives.
Board of Directors
7 Board Members selected from registered Khukhrain associations. Chairman of Board = President (India). Three Presidents: India President, Working President, Country President (Abroad).
General Body
Representatives from all registered associations (President / General Secretary). Raise concerns & advise. Virtual attendance available.
Advisors & Managers
Any number of Advisors (India/Abroad), Legal Advisor, Fundraising Manager, Digital Content & PR Manager.
State Presidents & UT Representatives
The Federation appoints State Presidents for all 28 States and Representatives for 8 Union Territories. They become General Body members and coordinate local activities & support programs.

Donations & community-driven initiatives : transparent and accountable.
Education Scholarships
Financial aid for deserving students from Khukhrain community.
Marriage Assistance
Support for matrimony events and financial help.
Medical Emergency
Immediate aid for critical health conditions.

Membership & Association Criteria
Eligibility
✅ Only registered Khukhrain associations (India & abroad) can become members. No individual direct membership of Federation.
✅ Local registered associations enroll individual members.
✅ Membership Fee: ₹2100/year – Further fee decided by General Body.

Volunteers & Forms
Volunteers from India & abroad accepted for Donations/Matrimony help. No charges. Online volunteer form available on website (coming soon).
